Small controller by JBL to monitor and moderate the pH and CO2 levels in your planted aquarium. This small sized computing device can be attached to the wall or inside the cabinet and connected to your CO2 system for easy access to adjust.

The acidity defines the pH value of the water. It needs to be constantly checked and adjusted as necessary to maintain the health of the fish and plants.

Why you need a pH control unit:
If you want to automate the CO2 supply, you can connect this CO2/pH computer (JBL PROFLORA CO2 CONTROL) instead of a timer for the night switch-off. You have to enter the carbonate hardness (KH) of your aquarium water once and then the computer calculates the matching pH value, which is adjusted by adding CO2. Then the computer regulates the solenoid valve and adds as much CO2 as necessary until the pH value calculated or wanted is reached. The solenoid valve is then closed and opened again so that the pH value remains stable. The pH measurement of the water is done via a pH electrode, which is NOT included in the set and needs to be purchased separately. This ensures that you do not receive an old electrode in the set, but always a factory-fresh one! It is also possible to enter a pH value manually instead of automatically, independently of the KH.

There is strictly no replacement, return, or refund on any live animal and no guarantee or warranty on all livestocks after adding them to your aquarium. DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be notified immediately with proof and will be rewarded with a replacement or credit note.
All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and quarantined before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of tapeworms or diseases.
Tropical fish and inverts must be expected to lose color during transport and will arrive pale or white, a proper environment and diet is needed to regain coloration.
Any death or illnss of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions or noncompatible tank mates (e.g. mixing with fish or plants from other sources).
Fish acclimation to a new aquarium is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the Discus.ae delivery team.
