API® Betta Water is a pre-conditioned water ready to use with no extra preparation or waiting time needed for your aquarium as it is instantly safe for betta fish. Fill your Betta aquarium or bowl with the water and add your betta fish into the bowl for new aquariums or simply pour the water in during weekly water changes.

Betta Water is pH balanced, has low mineral content, no heavy metals, chlorine or chloramines, and is ammonia free. Betta water can be used in any freshwater aquarium.

  • Pour the pre-conditioned Betta water directly into the betta aquarium or bowl.
  • Pour as much as needed to fill the aquarium or bowl.

Dry goods are dispatched daily and can take 1 to 5 working days to arrive.

Live fish, live plants, and frozen food require 2 to 7 working days or more due to special handling requirements. Delivery to Distant areas (Out of city and over 30 km radius) requires to be inquired by contacting our customer service before the order is placed.

There is strictly no replacement, return, or refund on any live animal and no guarantee or warranty on all livestocks after adding them to your aquarium. DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be notified immediately with proof and will be rewarded with a replacement or credit note.

All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and quarantined before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of tapeworms or diseases.

Tropical fish and inverts must be expected to lose color during transport and will arrive pale or white, a proper environment and diet is needed to regain coloration.

Any death or illnss of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions or noncompatible tank mates (e.g. mixing with fish or plants from other sources).

Fish acclimation to a new aquarium is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the Discus.ae delivery team.
