API AQUARIUM SALT is made from evaporated sea salt and is a must-have for your aquarium! AQUARIUM SALT promotes fish health by improving gill function, making it easier for fish to breathe. It also provides essential electrolytes that fish need to reach peak coloration and vitality. These electrolytes may be lost each time you perform a partial water change, and will need to be replenished.
Use API AQUARIUM SALT in freshwater aquarium tanks when starting a new aquarium, and any time you perform a water change. Care should be taken when using salt in aquariums with live plants, as some plants may be sensitive.
Directions: Add 1 rounded tablespoon for every 5 gallons or 0.5 teaspoon for every gallon of aquarium water.
Dry goods are dispatched daily and can take 1 to 5 working days to arrive.
Live fish, live plants, and frozen food require 2 to 7 working days or more due to special handling requirements. Delivery to Distant areas (Out of city and over 30 km radius) requires to be inquired by contacting our customer service before the order is placed.

There is strictly no replacement, return, or refund on any live animal and no guarantee or warranty on all livestocks after adding them to your aquarium. DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be notified immediately with proof and will be rewarded with a replacement or credit note.
All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and quarantined before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of tapeworms or diseases.
Tropical fish and inverts must be expected to lose color during transport and will arrive pale or white, a proper environment and diet is needed to regain coloration.
Any death or illnss of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions or noncompatible tank mates (e.g. mixing with fish or plants from other sources).
Fish acclimation to a new aquarium is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the Discus.ae delivery team.
