The Vaillanti Samurai Gourami is a small and peaceful micro gourami which is very small in size and perfectly suited for all types of planted aquaecapes. Tank mates must be selected with care since this fish is slow-moving and will easily be intimidated, safe shelter and hiding spaces are also needed for this shy fish to hide in case it is stressed by other more active species.
The color of the Vaillanti Samurai Gourami changes depending on mood, the same fish can appear brown or grey and change to different colors based on behavior and environment. Please check the photos on this page for examples of the color and note that most fish arrive pale after transport and remain colorless during acclimation.

There is strictly no replacement, return, or refund on any live animal and no guarantee or warranty on all livestocks after adding them to your aquarium. DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be notified immediately with proof and will be rewarded with a replacement or credit note.
All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and quarantined before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of tapeworms or diseases.
Tropical fish and inverts must be expected to lose color during transport and will arrive pale or white, a proper environment and diet is needed to regain coloration.
Any death or illnss of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions or noncompatible tank mates (e.g. mixing with fish or plants from other sources).
Fish acclimation to a new aquarium is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the Discus.ae delivery team.
