Just like us, reptiles and invertebrates constantly need access to fresh, clean drinking water. But due to evaporation, spillage or soiling of the water place, it is often necessary to replace the water several times a day. Thanks to the Waterhole, this is no longer a problem. A reservoir supplies the creatures permanently with clear, fresh, clean water. Thanks to the transparent reservoir, you can see at a glance if it needs to be refilled. The stable construction of the Waterhole prevents even larger reptiles from knocking it over. With a capacity of approx. 130 ml, the Waterhole has a sufficient capacity to be sure that the creatures are always well cared for.

Dry goods are dispatched daily and can take 1 to 5 working days to arrive.

There is strictly no replacement, return, or refund on any live animal and no guarantee or warranty on all livestocks after adding them to your aquarium. DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be notified immediately with proof and will be rewarded with a replacement or credit note.
All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and quarantined before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of tapeworms or diseases.
Tropical fish and inverts must be expected to lose color during transport and will arrive pale or white, a proper environment and diet is needed to regain coloration.
Any death or illnss of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions or noncompatible tank mates (e.g. mixing with fish or plants from other sources).
Fish acclimation to a new aquarium is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the Discus.ae delivery team.
